In the process of heat treatment, precision mould will produce deformation, often in order to prevent this kind of bad phenomenon, as long as the master its deformation law, analyzing the reasons, using different methods to prevent mold is able to reduce the deformation, also can control. Generally speaking, the heat treatment deformation of precision complex dies can be prevented by the following methods.
