Now we understand the double-color injection mold before the use of the inspection.
1. Check whether the marks of the mold are in good condition, and check whether the mold used in the control process is correct;
2. It is necessary to clean the surface of the mould, and check whether there is any foreign matter in the cooling water hole of the mold.
3. Check whether the arc in the mold glue mouth cover is damaged, whether there is residual foreign body. Whether the moving parts are abnormal and whether the movement is smooth;
4. Check whether the nut steel core used is consistent with the process document to prevent the use of damaged molds and equipment;
5. Check whether the injection molding machine used is properly equipped with the mold;
The last point is to check whether the screws and clamps of the die are loose.
